Metal Balers
This series of metal hydraulic baler can squeeze all kinds of metal waste trimmings (steel shavings, steel scrap, aluminum scrap, copper scrap, stainless steel scrap and scrap car scrap, etc.) into rectangular, octagonal, cylindrical and other shapes of qualified furnace materials. It can not only reduce the transportation and smelting costs, but also improve the speed of the furnace. This series of balers are mainly used in steel mills, recycling and processing industry and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industry.
Characteristic
All models are driven by hydraulic pressure and can be operated manually or by PLC automatic control.
There are different ways of discharging formation, such as bale turning, bale pushing (side and front pushing) or manual bale picking (carrying bale).
Installation without foot screws, in the place without power supply, diesel engine can be used as power.
There are more than ten levels of extrusion pressure from 63 tons to 1500 tons, and production efficiency from 4 tons/shift to 100 tons/shift for users to choose.
The compression chamber size and bale shape size can be designed and customized according to user requirements.
